We are seeking an Event Ticketing Operations Manager to deliver exceptional event ticketing experiences, build sales opportunities, and forge strong connections with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients, event managers, in-house designers, and third-party vendors to ensure that client and event requirements are met.
  • Cultivate new sales opportunities and close deals with clients.
  • Develop strategic plans for growth and expansion.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Increase the client base through effective sales strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Obtain necessary licenses and permits from relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate the setup and production of events on-site, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to produce successful events.
  • Manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee logistics and inventory management of equipment, materials, and other items.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in business development, particularly in ticketing, events management, or entertainment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven negotiation abilities.
  • An extensive network of suppliers and contractors.
  • Excellent audiovisual knowledge and hands-on skills.
  • The ability to take initiative and make sound judgments.
