Senior Client Success Executive
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Client Success Executive.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional after-sales service skills and be able to develop strong relationships with clients. They will work closely with internal departments to ensure successful project completion, gathering feedback and making necessary modifications as required.

About the Role:
The Senior Client Success Executive will be responsible for providing top-notch client service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. This involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing timely solutions and addressing any concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collect and validate project information from the business team and clients, updating the internal projects management system accordingly.
  2. Coordinate with Studio Managers to receive completed tasks and submit them to clients, following up on feedback and modifications until project completion.
  3. Support team members in delivering exceptional client service at a high professional level.
  4. Collaborate with the Business team to prepare cost proposals and with the Finance team to issue invoices according to client agreements.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information, ensuring proper coordination with the Studio Manager.
  6. Built comprehensive project files containing essential details, references, images, text, PDFs, links, and other relevant materials.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
  • Proven experience working in creative agencies.
  • A deep understanding of branding and graphic design principles.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
