Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

This role involves providing exceptional service and support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in building trust and loyalty with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide accurate information about our products and services, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Order Processing: Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Skill Set: Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
