Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking talented Customer Experience Associates to be the main point of contact for our customers. In this role, your tasks would include addressing customer queries, sharing feedback with different departments, and identifying ways to improve our processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers via live chat and phone calls to answer their questions and resolve their problems.
  • Build strong relationships with customers from the moment they interact with us by welcoming them and ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Onboard new customers to kick-start their journey with our company.
  • Demonstrate empathy when dealing with customers and communicate effectively with other teams to resolve their issues.
  • Go above and beyond to ensure customers leave the conversation satisfied.
  • Communicate feedback to the team and follow up on resolving customer pain points.
Ideal candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a customer service role for at least 1 year.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as Arabic language proficiency.
  • A passion for problem-solving and making a positive impact on people's lives.
  • A people-person nature, with a deep sense of empathy and drive to resolve customer issues.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
