At LxbfYeaa, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the operational delivery of key business processes that support various staff and student activities within the department.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual who can manage financial administration processes, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, data entry, and booking national and international travel. You will also be responsible for supporting the production of complex written documentation, managing exam administration and quality assurance processes, and delivering strategic objectives in country.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Delivery: Lead on the delivery of key business processes that support various staff and student activities within the department.
  • Financial Administration: Manage financial administration processes, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, data entry, and booking national and international travel.
  • Documentation: Support the production of complex written documentation to support the Head of Department.
  • Exam Administration: Manage exam administration and quality assurance processes, including creation of exam papers and marks return process.
  • Strategic Objectives: Deliver strategic objectives in country, including building links with industry and creating and administering Industrial Advisory Boards where appropriate.

You will provide administrative support for student complaint investigations and administer Board of Examiners meetings, ensuring accurate data input into the student record system and follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner. Additionally, you will provide organisational and administrative support to the Department's Bahrain programmes, which includes co-ordinating and managing induction days, off-campus trips, preparing programme handbooks, student registration, and managing student curriculums.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum Higher National Certificate (HNC) level education in a relevant subject and proven experience as an administrator in a similar environment. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
