The Braxtone Group seeks a self-motivated Call Centre Agent to handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. This vital role requires strong communication skills, a positive energy, and the ability to excel in sales and customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer all calls within 2 rings, maintaining a cordial and positive tone of voice throughout.
- Focusing on customer needs and providing solutions to their queries and requests.
- Sell, up-sell, and cross-sell various products and services to customers.
- Ensure next steps and requirements are aligned and clarified with the customer before the end of the call.
- Data entry, filing, and documentation management.
- Updating information and ensuring accuracy of data records.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum high school certification, with diploma and work experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, good selling skills, and a positive team ethos.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong English language proficiency.
- A good understanding of the services offered by the Braxtone Group.
- Highly computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office Products.
Typical Working Conditions:
- Normal working hours: 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts.
- May require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
