Job Title: Nurse Educator
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in delivering educational programs, conducting health assessments, and providing patient education. In this capacity, you will work closely with the clinical team to develop and implement effective training initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Design and deliver comprehensive educational programs for patients and staff
- • Conduct thorough health assessments to identify areas for improvement
- • Provide clear and concise patient education to promote healthy behaviors
- • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless implementation of training initiatives
Requirements:
- Essential Skills:
- • Strong nursing skills, including patient care and health assessments
- • Experience in developing and delivering educational programs
- • Ability to create and evaluate educational materials
- • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
- • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Bahrain
- • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
- • CFOT (IV Certified) would be a plus
- • Experience in a clinical or educational role in a healthcare setting
About the Role:
This is a full-time on-site position for a Nurse Educator located in Manama. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes through the development and delivery of high-quality educational programs.
