Job Overview:

DMS, the exclusive local representative for numerous media brands across Middle East & North Africa (MENA) markets, is seeking a dynamic Digital Sales Strategist to spearhead sales growth in Lower GCC markets, specifically Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster relationships with direct local clients and develop customized business solutions that effectively monetize media properties and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and execute compelling sales strategies based on thorough market knowledge and stay abreast of new KPI metrics to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Cultivate partnerships with clients to achieve and exceed revenue targets, capitalize on market trends and seasonal opportunities, and communicate product updates and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive workflow and campaign success, utilizing planning and reporting tools to enhance client propositions.
  • Monitor and ensure campaign effectiveness, develop and share successful case studies, and stay updated with changes in media and technology landscapes.

Requirements:

  • University degree in any field, with a passion for the digital industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the digital industry, with a strong focus on social media.
  • Essential marketing experience, communication and analytical skills, established client and agency contacts, and fluency in English (Arabic proficiency advantageous).
  • Proven project management and sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and presentation, basic understanding of the media landscape, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and complex situations.
