Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage cash flow and oversee treasury operations, including risk management.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with regulators, auditors, and other external parties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in a financial management role within the Financial Services sector.
  • Relevant chartered accountancy certifications (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACCA).
  • Prior experience in a similar finance leadership role, preferably in the Middle East.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
