Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Retail Operations Director to lead the Confectionary Division of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving productivity, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the retail operational activities of the Confectionary Division to maintain and improve productivity, quality, service, creativity, and guest satisfaction.
  • Spearhead all projects related to the Confectionary Retail section, including developing new concepts and opening new outlets.
  • Monitor competitor activity through market surveys and reviews of financial statements, sales, and activity reports.
  • Review financial targets to measure productivity and goal achievement, and determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
  • Maintain effective communication with other operating departments within RESO to provide the best possible service to customers.
  • Ensure that all visual merchandising activities are properly coordinated and brand guidelines are met.
  • Implement cost control and cost reduction measures on a continuous basis.
  • Develop an inventory system for all items and streamline stock monitoring systems.
  • Head all operational matters in different concepts, providing guidance, training, and improving efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge in team management.
  • Good financial skills and business acumen (P&L).
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
