About The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Retail Media Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the execution and optimization of retail media campaigns, ensuring seamless alignment with client objectives.

As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with advertisers, suppliers, and internal teams (sales, category management, operations) to support ad placements and campaign management. Your analytical skills will be essential in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using key metrics, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement.

You will also be responsible for supporting the setup, tracking, and reporting of CPM, CPC, and performance-based campaigns across our platform. Additionally, you will assist in creating advertising proposals and presentations to support sales initiatives.

To ensure seamless communication between advertisers and internal teams, you will need to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your strong communication and organizational skills will enable you to meet campaign deadlines and deliverables.

Staying up-to-date on retail media trends and best practices is crucial for enhancing campaign effectiveness. You will leverage your knowledge to continuously improve our operations and drive business growth.

What You Need to Be Successful

This role requires 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, retail media, e-commerce, or a related field. Familiarity with performance marketing, ad operations, or campaign management is highly valued.

A strong analytical mindset, combined with experience in campaign tracking and reporting tools, is essential. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with basic retail media monetization models (CPM, CPC, CPA) is expected. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical tools; experience with DSPs or ad platforms is a plus.

Candidates should have fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
