At RESO, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Professional to join our team in Bahrain. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth and achieve company category objectives.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will have experience in trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry, and possess strong project management skills. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize and organize workloads independently, work effectively in a team environment, and make things happen.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Activities: You will develop and execute marketing activities in Bahrain, including product launches, customer & supplier events, and promotions, to achieve company category growth.
  2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that effectively reaches the target audience and evaluates the marketing process to critique and improve its outcomes.
  3. Brand Management: Work closely with brand managers to get more information about key accounts and create customized projects or events.
  4. Event Management: Coordinate event/trade marketing material production, manage local events, and ensure successful product launches.
  5. Customer Feedback and Analysis: Liaise with the Customer Experience team on getting customer feedback and analyzing results to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG industry, preferably food & beverages industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience of project management.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workloads independently when required.
  • Team player with ability to work across different multi-media platforms and departments.
