Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Bahrain.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Leadership

  • Oversee the successful operation of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard is implemented throughout.
  • Develop and lead the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with guests, resolving any issues in a prompt fashion.

Customer Service

  • Work closely with the host/hostess to ensure guests receive a warm welcome and support them during busy periods.
  • Ensure that food and beverage is served and cleared according to the standards and sequence of service.

Kitchen and Inventory Management

  • Establish a close working relationship with the kitchen and liaise with the chef about menu changes and menu presentations.
  • Control food and beverage inventory and maintain stock levels.

To be considered for this role, you will possess at least 2-3 years' experience in full-service restaurant management.
