Restaurant Operations Manager

A Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for supporting senior management in the effective direction and administration of a restaurant. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising, supporting, scheduling, assigning daily work, informing and training team members in all restaurant activities and operations.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
- Monitoring product quality and service trends, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
