About the Role

The Store Manager acts as the business owner, representing the brand and driving store performance. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience by being present on the sales floor and supporting activities to meet store targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Management: Drive sales, develop business plans, and exceed KPIs. Represent the company locally, attract new clients, build loyalty, and promote Omni Channel development. Control store expenses to meet operating requirements.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain strong client relationships, ensure high client satisfaction and service, and implement clienteling initiatives. Foster a culture of private appointments.
  • Team Leadership: Promote a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment. Ensure the team is knowledgeable about products, market trends, and company policies. Recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
  • Retail Operations: Develop sales strategies in collaboration with merchandising and operations teams. Ensure attractive product displays, participate in buying sessions, and enforce company procedures on cash handling, inventory, and logistics.
Requirements
  • Must-Have Skills: Strong business acumen, leadership abilities, and motivational skills. Passionate, confident, and organized individual with market and product knowledge, particularly in luxury/fashion.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills: Fluency in any Arabic language apart from English is appreciated. A degree in Business/Retail Management or related field is a plus.
