Job Description

We are seeking a creative Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy to promote the school's programs and values, with the objective of increasing learners' enrolment.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in running marketing campaigns, both digital and physical, with a track record of outcomes from previous actions. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality photographs during school events, activities, and celebrations to highlight learners' achievements and school culture.
  • Organize and manage a photo archive for easy access and future use.
  • Edit and enhance photos for promotional materials, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and layouts that align with the school's branding.
  • Record and edit videos to create compelling content for school marketing, events, and announcements.
  • Develop creative promotional videos to highlight key programs and initiatives.
  • Manage the school's social media platforms, website content, and digital presence.
  • Organize events and collaborate with external parties to promote the school's programs.
  • Create a marketing plan that establishes a robust presence of the school in digital and physical scenarios.
  • Ability to run campaigns on Meta, Google, and other social media platforms such as Tik Tok, X, Snapchat, etc.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in photography and design with a background in marketing.
  • Proven experience in running marketing campaigns, both digital and physical, with a track record of outcomes from previous actions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) as well as Canva.
  • Knowledge of the education sector and schools' market in Bahrain is desirable.
  • Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interdepartmental skills to work closely with the admissions department to establish the right strategy and oversee any immediate changes necessary for the best outcomes in future campaigns.
