Job Summary

The President's Office is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented President's Office Administrator to provide administrative support to management and the university. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative services, including preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents, and organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management and the university.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Take, type, and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Implement and maintain office systems.
  • Maintain schedules and calendars.
  • Arrange and confirm appointments.
  • Organize internal and external events.
  • Handle incoming mail and other material.
  • Set up and maintain filing systems.
  • Set up work procedures.
  • Collate information.
  • Maintain databases.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts.
  • Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
  • Operate office equipment.
  • Manage office space.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma.
  • 2+ years of experience in a various secretary role.
  • Excellent English & Arabic language skills.
  • Proficient in Computers.
