The role of Executive Assistant to the President is a challenging and rewarding opportunity at Reso University, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on the university's leadership and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supporting the President: Provide high-level administrative support to the president, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
  2. Communications and Correspondence: Handle correspondence (email, phone) and prioritize messages for the president, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
  3. Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and execute university events, such as alumni gatherings, donor meetings, faculty/staff appreciation events, and public lectures involving the president.

Leadership and Collaboration

  1. Serve as a liaison between the president's office and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration.
