Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end campaign process, from concept development and creative briefings to execution and performance analysis.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaign goals align with organizational objectives and market needs.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide insights for optimization and future strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
  • A strong portfolio of successful marketing campaigns with tangible results.
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills, with experience in data-driven marketing approaches.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing teams.
