We are a dynamic organization looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a B2B Services Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contract Preparation: Assist in the preparation of B2B contract agreements, including reviewing and managing contract terms and conditions.
  • Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Provide support in scheduling and resource allocation related to maintenance contracts.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate contract execution and address any issues that arise.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of contract agreements, modifications, and communications to ensure compliance and accountability.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on contract performance, operational metrics, and maintenance activities for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in communication, computer engineering, or any related field.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in operations or contract management is a plus but not required.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in MS Office Suite and contract management software.
