**Technical Lead for Enterprise CRM and Billing Solutions**

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise CRM and billing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Solution Design and Implementation: Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Billing solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  2. Integrate with Enterprise Systems: Oversee end-to-end integrations with ERP, payment gateways, customer portals, and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and minimal downtime.
  3. Provide Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization.
  4. Customize and Configure Dynamics 365: Manage customizations, configurations, workflows, and plugins within Dynamics 365, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
  5. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and define roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
  6. Ensure System Availability and Security: Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of CRM & Billing systems, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  7. Troubleshoot and Maintain Systems: Troubleshoot performance issues and oversee system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Billing solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Azure.
  2. Knowledge of billing models, invoicing processes, and subscription management.
  3. Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and integration patterns.
  4. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and DevOps practices.
  5. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
