About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to oversee sales strategies for Bahrain. The ideal candidate will develop long-term relationships with key clients by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing channels, and actively seeking sales prospects.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in Business Development or Key Accounts Management in the Retail - consumer electronics industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong team player with flexible and creative problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Meet monthly sales targets.
  2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel regularly.
