As a Water Safety Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues in and around our swimming facilities.

**Job Description**

In this role, you will be responsible for observing the swimming area for dangerous conditions, unusual or unsafe activities, and swimmers who are struggling. You will also use appropriate rescue techniques to assist swimmers in need, promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility, and inform your supervisor/manager of any potential hazards or incidents.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of water safety principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
