Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our Cafe team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will work closely with the Cafe Manager to ensure seamless daily operations, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare specialty coffee drinks according to established recipes.
  • Maintain brewing equipment in excellent working condition, promptly reporting any issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, being attentive to orders and preferences.
  • Promote a positive and professional image, embodying RESO's culture and values.
  • Ensure timely and efficient cafe operations, meeting quality standards.
  • Resourcefully address any challenges or issues that arise, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Comply with and enforce strict sanitation regulations and safety protocols.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista in a cafe environment.
  • Possession of a certified Barista certificate.
  • Current residency in Bahrain.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in coffee preparation, including various blends and aromas.
  • Proficiency in using professional coffee machines and ability to learn new software.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate teammates.
