Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Barista to join our team at the Calo Cafe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining brewing equipment functionality and reporting any issues promptly
  • Preparing coffee drinks according to established recipes
  • Providing attentive and personalized service to customers
  • Maintaining a positive and professional approach with colleagues and customers alike
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced café environment
  • A certified Barista certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
