Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Team Manager to advance project goals and ensure cross-functional stakeholder participation.

  • Develop and implement project goals in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design document control systems.
  • Coordinate logistics and site-related correspondence.
  • Perform various administrative duties as necessary.
  • Establish partnerships cross-functionally to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

  • University Graduate or PG diploma in Business Administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
