- Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and tailor solutions to meet client needs.

- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and organizational policies in all business dealings.
- Experience: Proven track record (10+ years preferred) in B2B Telecom/ICT enterprise sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of Telecom/ICT solutions, including cloud services, connectivity, and digital transformation offerings.
- Superior leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Data-driven decision-maker with a strategic approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
