Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Risk and Compliance Professional to lead our technology risk management process across the IT disciplines. This role involves assessing vendor risks, control effectiveness, and evaluating policy and control standard exceptions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement the IT risk framework, policies, standards, and risk taxonomy in collaboration with business-aligned risk partners.
  2. Evaluate and identify technology-related risks impacting the enterprise, including emerging trends that may impact the risk profile.
  3. Support self and control risk assessments (RCSA) for IT and engage with stakeholders to define controls in place, residual risk, and treatment plans.
  4. Maintain a consolidated list of technology risks at the enterprise level and continuously monitor risks and corresponding mitigation plans.
  5. Implement risk assessments across the enterprise and build an overall profile of technology risk.
  6. Provide credible challenge based on risk assessment results and ensure risk is being mitigated.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Professional certifications: COBIT, ITIL, CRISC, ISACA.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an IT risk and compliance role.
  • Solid understanding of IT governance, information security policies, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in technology and operational risks frameworks.
  • Practical experience in scoping, conducting risk assessments, and documenting results.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively across functional areas.
