About the Role:

The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the team in managing various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless visitor experiences, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and visitors upon arrival at Domo Ventures W.L.L.">
  • Directing visitors to the correct personnel or offices">
  • Handling incoming phone calls, screening, and forwarding as needed">
  • Providing accurate information through various channels">
  • Carrying out general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, etc.">
  • Coordinating with the membership team to process and maintain applications">
  • Demonstrating technical skills in inventory control">

Essential Requirements:

A relevant Associate or Bachelor's degree is mandatory. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar field is highly desirable. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft applications.
