Administrative Support Specialist

At Domo Ventures W.L.L., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an administrative setting, preferably in a trading company. A university degree in a related field is also required.
This position involves scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes. Additionally, the successful candidate will collect and analyze data for assigned projects and reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintaining a well-stocked office environment and upholding confidentiality are key aspects of this role. Adherence to company policies and procedures is essential, as is active participation in meetings to provide administrative support and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Required skills include strong written and spoken English proficiency, the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively, and knowledge of archive management procedures. Familiarity with reception and intercom devices is also necessary. Exceptional typing speed and accuracy are crucial in this role.
