**Traditional Trade Sales Manager Role:**
We are seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to manage the traditional trade sales channel and lead a team of sales representatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve their sales targets and expand the customer base
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and report sales performance to management
- At least 2-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a supervisory role
- Advanced degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- GCC valid light driving license is a significant advantage
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet sales targets
- Competitive starting salary package including BD300 + BD100 accommodation allowance + food allowance (Not Included)
- Commission opportunity available
- Standard working hours of 48 hours per week + overtime as required
- Salary increase up to BD500 after 6 months based on performance
- Annual leave + return air ticket every 2 years
- Employment visa, medical insurance, and company-provided car
