Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary operations in Bahrain, overseeing all aspects of Back of House (BOH) activities including planning, organization, training, and leadership. This role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless restaurant operations.

  • Manage menu development, cost control, and inventory management using optimized recipes and costing methods.
  • Create operational solutions for enhanced service efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee department finances, including food and labor costs, inventory management, and more.
  • Lead and develop BOH teams to drive excellence in every aspect of food preparation and presentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management or a related field, with a focus on Culinary Arts. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment within the food and beverage industry is required.
