Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Beach Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recreation team, you will be responsible for maintaining swimmer safety, monitoring water conditions and guest behavior, enforcing safety rules, and providing assistance to new swimmers. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and fire prevention policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the swimming pool and constantly monitor people's actions, taking full control of water safety.
  • Ensure all operating and emergency procedures are followed at all times.
  • Maintain proper grooming at all times.
  • Ensure safe daily operations within the Recreation areas by ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and fire prevention policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A university degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience is a must.
  • Licensed Lifeguard with a valid license to perform.
  • Good communication skills in addition to a good command of the English language.
  • Team player, highly responsible, and reliable.
