Job Description

The role of Operational Process Specialist involves working with process owners to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), adhering to the standard / framework agreed within the operating office and operational risk team.

Evaluate existing business processes and outline business process improvement/optimisation opportunities.

  • Monitor and perform ongoing analysis on business processes related to productivity, quality and costs.
  • Present process performance tracking reports and integrate feedback.

The right candidate should have experience with operational or business process management work experience, preferably in a financial services organisation.
