We are seeking a results-driven and operationally skilled Store Manager to lead the store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

This role focuses on optimizing store processes, managing inventory, and fostering a high-performing team while upholding company standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales growth, loss prevention, visual merchandising, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations & Sales Management: Oversee day-to-day store activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Drive sales performance by analyzing trends, setting sales targets, and implementing effective strategies.
  • Monitor point-of-sale (POS) transactions, stock movement, and cash handling processes.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies regarding fraud prevention, returns, and loss prevention.

Customer Experience & Service Excellence: Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered in line with company values. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly.

Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive brand loyalty.

Team Leadership & Performance Management: Recruit, train, and develop a motivated store team to achieve business objectives. Set clear performance goals and KPIs, conducting regular evaluations and coaching sessions.

Foster a results-driven and customer-focused store culture through mentoring and team engagement.

Inventory & Merchandising: Manage store inventory, ensuring stock availability, order processing, and space optimization. Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines.

Monitor stock loss, aging inventory, and stock movement, ensuring effective inventory management.

Operational Compliance & Maintenance: Conduct regular store audits and implement corrective actions to maintain operational excellence. Coordinate with facilities teams for repairs, maintenance, and store upkeep.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 – 7 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales trends and operational performance.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and teams effectively.
