Lead Graphic Designer

This role is responsible for leading visual strategy, setting creative direction and ensuring exceptional design quality across client projects.

  • Creative leadership involves directing the design process to deliver high-quality graphic designs that meet client objectives and brand identity requirements.
  • Designing effective visual strategies requires collaboration with internal teams including Social Media, Digital Marketing, and Production.

Mentorship and team development are essential in this role. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement training programs for junior designers, fostering creativity and professional growth within the team.

  • The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio of work showcasing their ability to innovate and implement design strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other industry-standard tools is essential.

Presentation and communication skills are crucial in presenting design concepts and ideas effectively to clients and internal stakeholders. Regular feedback and performance reviews will be conducted to ensure alignment with agency standards and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and execute high-quality graphic design for social media content, digital advertising, branding projects and ad-hoc initiatives.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and alignment with creative briefs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience with proven leadership experience.
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field.
