About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our Food and Beverage Team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • IDentify and meet guests' needs, providing personalized bar services and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Serve beverages according to established standards and measures.
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to recipes.
  • Process drinks transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure the bar area is always clean and well-maintained.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
