Finance Business Partner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and business analysis, with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, as well as collaborating closely with various departments to evaluate business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, and 3-5 years of experience in business finance or other relevant fields. Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to evaluate new initiatives and provide recommendations.
  • Develop and present financial reports to senior leadership highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
  • Monitor budget adherence and identify opportunities for financial performance improvement across the organization.
  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business finance or other relevant fields.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
