Business Performance Analyst

The objective of this position is to support senior management in business performance analysis within the organization, focusing on monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive finance performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial and operational data for analysis.
- Analyze and upkeep key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), profitability, and other financial metrics.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and drivers of business performance, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Publish and present regular performance reports, highlighting key findings and presenting them to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support the development of financial models and forecasts to evaluate business initiatives and assess their impact on financial performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business performance analysis and reporting.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools and technologies in business performance analysis and reporting.
