Job Description - Food Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our restaurant operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing food and beverage operations, with excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be able to motivate and train staff to deliver exceptional levels of guest service, while also working within budgeted guidelines.

  • Manage restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial planning
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience every time they visit
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, while controlling costs and improving profitability
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure that staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
  • Monitor and evaluate guest satisfaction levels, using this feedback to make improvements to the business
