Job Summary

Stratas Corporation, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Technician to support the sustainment and modernization of Automated Digital Network System (ADNS), Consolidated Afloat Network and Enterprise Services (CANES), Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS), Integration Shipboard Networking System (ISNS), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) networks, and other tactical networks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

The successful candidate will possess current IAT II or higher security certification and be able to obtain Computing Environment certification within six months of hire. The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more of progressive IT experience in an enterprise-scale environment with entry-level knowledge of CANES. Additional knowledge and experience in ADNS, CENTRIXS, ISNS, SCI networks, Windows Server administration, and Cisco networking device administration are highly desirable.

Responsibilities include system installations, system sustainment and upgrades, distance support, configuration management enforcement, emergent Casualty Report (CASREP) support, root cause analysis, and recommending permanent configuration changes to shipboard networks. Additionally, the successful candidate will coordinate support with Stratas Corp Technician Dispatcher team, shipboard crews, external contractors, and vendors as needed to troubleshoot intra-system issues and assist with system integration design development.
