Job Title: Culinary Operations Manager

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant's kitchen. Your main duties will include creating and developing menus, managing inventory and food costs, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a senior chef or executive chef in a high-end restaurant setting. A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is highly desirable. You must also possess excellent leadership skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of global cuisine.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you must be fluent in English and have good communication skills. Arabic language skills are an asset but not required. This is a full-time position with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our customers and drive sales growth.
  • Manage inventory and food costs to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they are performing to the best of their ability.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Monitor and improve food quality and presentation to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
