Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Revenue Performance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our revenue management department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and improving market share through effective pricing strategies and business mix management.
About the Role
- Develop and implement overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels.
- Provide guidance on corporate transient negotiated pricing as well as group pricing.
- Ensure Group Selective Sell Guidelines (Group rates and Sales allowance) are updated on a regular basis.
- Produce accurate forecast on weekly and monthly basis by day by segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage inventory and pricing strategy in all distribution channels including Brand website.
- Work with ADRM to conduct regular price elasticity tests in various market conditions and measure results.
- Validate comp set RevPAR forecast by month to ensure effective soft spot calendar planning.
- Chair weekly Revenue Management meetings and clearly communicate to team strategic vision and objectives.
Requirements
- Excellent experienced on the Sales/Revenue Software for Hotel operations.
- Computer Skills: Accountant certificate from KIT Education center, Professional Excel with Excellence from Microsoft Co.
- Microsoft office (Windows – Word – Excel) Final Degree Excellent from American University in Cairo.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook...etc.)
