Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Finance & Admin Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our administrative and financial operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing accounting software, server setups, and data backups for holding companies in our portfolio.
  • Preparing end-of-year accounts in Excel, reconciliations, schedules, and coordinating audits and service charge reconciliations.
  • Coordinating yearly filings and preparing accounts and reports for BVI companies.
  • Approving expenses, coordinating quotes from suppliers, and making informed decisions.
  • Managing legal work, including CR renewals, KYCs for different investments, personal, and corporate.
  • Preparing lease agreements, legal paperwork for move-in and move-out procedures for rental properties, maintenance, and tenant complaints.
  • Annual review and updating of investments for the family office and reviewing excess cash correspondence with banks, facility renewal, new facility coordination, paperwork, and reports.
  • Renewing property insurance sum insured, periodic review, and comparative quotes.
  • Handling HR-related matters, checking employee dues accuracy, and dealing with property rental brokers with agents and prospects for all properties.
  • Overseeing property matters, financial work, collecting debtors for all properties on a timely basis, reconciliations, and preparing various reports, cash flow requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience.
  • Possess a positive and mature personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
