About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical QC Engineer to work on one of our major projects in Bahrain. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical works meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Reviewing all submittals, including technical and material submittals;
  • Assisting the QC Manager in all activities related to the 3-phase inspection process for electrical activities;
  • Monitoring all phases and processes required for the effective completion of all related electrical works;
  • Managing the inspection and testing of electrical works in their area of assigned responsibilities;
  • Coordinating with 3rd Party Testing/Inspection Company as required related to electrical works;
  • Conducting statistical analysis and evaluation of test data related to electrical works;
  • Preparing, filing, and maintaining test/inspection records and any other quality records generated related to electrical works;

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also assist construction personnel to identify and resolve problems and potential or actual non-conformances related to electrical works, and advise the QC Manager of non-conformance occurrences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering;
  • Min. 7 years as a quality control electrical engineer;
  • Experience in mega projects is a must; preferably with experience in US Army projects;
  • Focused, structured, and a self-learner;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
