The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Bartender who will be responsible for crafting premium cocktails, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and contributing to a dynamic bar atmosphere.

Main Responsibilities:
• Mixology: Prepare an assortment of beverages, including classic cocktails and innovative creations, using high-quality ingredients and presentation techniques.
• Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock rotation to prevent waste and optimize efficiency.
• Operational Efficiency: Adhere to all food and beverage regulations, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and ensure seamless operations during peak periods.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals, provide support, and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
• Proven experience as a Bartender
• Strong knowledge of mixed drinks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
• Relevant food and beverage certifications
