  4. Serve as a communications advisor, providing strong pushback and counsel when necessary, while maintaining resilience under pressure.
  5. Follow up on maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  6. Maintain high standards within the facility.
  7. Develop impactful materials that support organizational objectives.
  8. Stay up-to-date with market trends and innovations to implement best practices within our facilities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Facilities Management.
  • 2–5 years' experience in staff accommodation, facility operations, or hospitality support.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with basic digital tools is a plus.
  • Assertive, analytical, and able to make informed decisions within defined processes.
