Room Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies. They will also use hands to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy, and submit lost and found items to security instantly. Additionally, they must be able to recognize and report any suspicious persons or Health & Safety hazards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms
  • Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly
  • Take accurate room status reports at the end of each shift
  • Keep linen closets, supply closet, and landing organized and clean

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Standing and walking for long periods
  • Attention to detail
