Job Description:

As a key contributor to our team, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets. You will use autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) standards to execute all standard work processes on your equipment.

You will be responsible for understanding losses in your area and equipment, and reporting them to ensure continuous improvement.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience operating machines with coaching
  • Safety and quality standards knowledge for operating machines
  • Strong reading and writing skills, and fluency in the language of communication as appropriate to the site
  • Excellent collaboration skills in a diverse work environment
