**Job Title:** Educator Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled professionals to support our programs and workshops as Educators or Trainers. This is a project-based opportunity, where you will be contracted as needed, depending on program schedules and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver short-term lectures, training sessions, or workshops with engaging content
  • Develop and adapt course materials for each session to meet the needs of participants
  • Provide feedback and guidance to participants during sessions to ensure their growth
  • Support the program team with curriculum alignment and content delivery to maintain high standards
  • Participate in limited mentorship or follow-up activities as required to reinforce learning outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Strong teaching or public speaking skills to captivate and educate audiences
  • Experience in creating and delivering educational or professional content that is informative and engaging
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills to work independently and collaboratively
  • Able to demonstrate solid knowledge or hands-on experience in esports or related digital industries
  • No formal degree is required if skills and experience are proven, making it an opportunity for those who may not have traditional qualifications but possess the necessary expertise
